Hello! I am an intern working for Anna Kratskina. I am assisting Sherry Rowan with the Termination processing in PeopleSoft HR with the audits. Global HR Operations has reviewed the comments of all terminations processed from January 1, 2015 until June 30, 2015.
I am writing today as some of the notes need clarification as to why the termination data was entered late.
The attached listing represents termination that need additional information added. Please adjust the termination notes in PeopleSoft to add any additional information for the termination. I am attaching the document (PeopleSoft HR Training Guide Notes for late Terminations.doc)to add notes in PeopleSoft HR for each employee record to explain why the termination was entered late. Simply enter PeopleSoft HR for the employee and add notes in English please. If you encounter any technical issues with PS, please fill out the attached listing with updated notes and I will update the notes in PS on your behalf.
To comply with the due date for the 2nd quarter audit activities, please complete adding the termination notes into PeopleSoft HR by no later than Friday September 25, 2015.
