BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (LIFE AND NON-LIFE INSURANCE)
Responsibility:
- Seek business opportunities and develop new business and product and market expansion.
- Initiate customer loyalty and retenion programs.
- Monitor business positioning and analyze to ensure the competitive positioning in the market.
- To lead initiative by working closely with all involved parties both internally and externally.
Qualification:
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Insurance, Sales & Marketing or other related fields.
- At least 2 years experience in Insurance business or Insurance Broker, especially in Sales / Marketing / Business Development.
- Experience in anlytical, organizational, and planning work.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well - developed relationship skills.
