They arrived at the Ball and a doorman called their names when they walked into the ballroom. Mrs Higgins immediately came over for a word with Colonel Pickering.
People think she's charming. Mrs Higgins he told her Lady Tarrington asked me who that beautiful young woman with professor Higgins was and I had to think for a minute before I said, "Eliza Doolittle

Then the Queen of Transylvania came into the room with her husband and, walking past Eliza she stopped and put one hand up to touch Eliza's face.
Charming, she said. Absolutely charming. And she moved on the room. The music began and people moved on to the dance-floor in patrs. Higgins took Eliza on to the dance-floor and they danced away together among the other the other dancers.
