People in charge of collection are the responsible for:
- Collecting the money from the customer that has not paid.
- Managing the incoming/outgoing calls
- Understanding the reason for non-payment
- Transferring the query to the appropriate department
They are responsible for limiting the Overdue. Collection people are always in contact
with third parties (customers/ customer service/sales representatives) hence, they need
to have very good communication and persuasive skills.
They need to be friendly but firm.
