In the Disadvantage of Solid Neutral Earthed. Due to it is relate to the conceptual design that may started since TOR.( Can anyone check to the TOR). To find out the way to demonstrate to TTCL that did not put the resistance to the neutral Earthed of distribution transformer. The disadvantage are below, it is the same cases that once the fault in the MEA network, the fault current will be high and in order to protect the transformer from damage, then the relay will be set the protection the fault current from ground. This meant, it was wrong design at the beginning. In the link that I gave to you, you can see the Disadvantage of solid Neutral Earthed that have been used for every distribution transformer for both PPTC and SSUT.
If the TOR state not clear, I suggest to use the Disadvantage item 3 for the safety to the people, since the “Tough Voltage will be high”.
See below
Disadvantage:
1.This system involves all the drawbacks and hazards of high earth fault current: maximum damage and disturbances.
2.There is no service continuity on the faulty feeder.
3.The danger for personnel is high during the fault since the touch voltages created are high
