34.3 and 32.2%, respectively, compared to the base case. With
regard to the specific energy requirement, 29.0 kWh is
required for each kg CO2 captured according to the base case.
After conducting heat integration, the specific energy
requirement is reduced to 19.0 kWh/kg CO2 captured. As
shown in Table 10, the energy consumption in tri-reforming
process is comparable to that of steam CO2 reforming process
(SCM) and requires 7.5 kWh more specific energy.
