Proposition 3(a): Organizational cultures that have a team orientation will more
likely be successful at implementing group and organization-initiated learning and
development HRD interventions compared with organizational cultures that do not
stress this dimension.
Proposition 3(b): Organizational cultures that have a team orientation will more
likely use group-oriented T&D HRD interventions compared with organizational
cultures that do not stress this dimension.
