When there is job vacancy posted either internal Thailand , intra AMEA or global position, an employee who is interested in applying the posted vacancy has to fill up the form of " HR-F108 Internal Transfer Form".
Then the employee gets approval from immediate boss and sends the completed form to TH HR , Recruitment, prior applying the position with contact person as advertised in the posted vacancy.
When the employee is invited for interview or selection process, it is recommended that the employee keeps the immediate boss and TH Country HR Director informed so as support could be given to help employee succeeding in career advancement as appropriate.
