Enforcing and practicing double standards can be possible by the government if the matters or cases of those two suffers are different. Practicing double standard, normally, is the proceeding to the same matter for two parties, which however yields different results-the benefits for one party, but the disadvantages for another one. However, in this case, the matters caused by Wong and Justo are different in that he came to Thailand to promote democracy, while Justo intended to commit criminal case. Thus, it is reasonable that these two foreigners deserved different punishments and detentions. Thus, people all over the world cannot detest and blame Thai government in this matter.
