a. Use item in no.1 to prepare/plan for the marketing event for the client/dealer
b. Prepare the concept for the marketing activity to present to the client
c. Lay-out the marketing media such as brochure, leaflet, etc. for client during marketing event (requirements clause 7.2.3a)
d. Launch the marketing event according to the plan as defined in item no. 2a)
e. Evaluate the satisfaction/feedback by surveying the client feedback for the marketing event to improve item no.2a) for the next event
