. High level administrative and organisational skills.
2. Demonstrated flexibility in work practices and experience in a similar work environment.
3. Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Thai and effective representation skills.
4. Tertiary qualifications or work experience in a relevant field.
5. Ability to use a range of information technology software packages including the complete suite of Microsoft Office.
6. Understanding of Australian culture and the history of the Burma-Thailand railway would be an advantage.
