Shared Vision
In Installation Cardiac Center, the process of running a shared vision and solving any problems emerging makes every
employee be disciplined. In addition to this, the employees are responsible for the vision and mission of hospitals in general
and their respective duties in particular. The managers should not only provide information through regular meetings but
should also involve directly to socialize the information so that information can be delivered, accepted and understood
immediately by all elements of the hospital (staff and patients). However, if the shared vision can be achieved then it can
easily be converted to take a defensive stance. The practice of shared vision involves digging skills "picture of the future"
mutually. As a result, it will help to create genuine commitment and participation rather than just compliance.
A shared vision is vital for learning organization because of its focus and effort for learning. It is also beneficial because
of its shared vision strength of public concern. A shared vision is the initial step in making people who do not trust each other
to start working together, and it creates a common identity. In fact, the most fundamental level of similarity is formed from a
shared feeling of purpose, vision, and values that work in organizations.
Vision joint will force courage naturally so that people are not even aware the extent of their courage. A shared vision
fosters the implementation of risk-taking and experimentation. Shared vision also brings one of the main puzzle that has
been hindered efforts to develop systems thinking in management.
