Hi Judy - Timmy in my team was recently in touch with you to understand the drivers for why we are undertaking self service transactions on behalf of Managers. Coming out of this were some valuable insights around Manager behaviors and so on.
It would seem to be a fairly quick win for the Thailand HR team if we can better understand (and if necessary re-position) some of the support materials that help Managers to understand their accountabilities within a self service model – all because this should result in a reduction in the work load for your function.
