According to my email date 04 Feb DAMAGED ULDs not allow to be used for Cargo, Baggage and Mail, but we found some stations and GHA did not yet comply to our instruction e.g. the attached damaged ULD with Cargo inside.
Kindly again inform the stations under your control to strictly comply to our instruction. They will be claimed at Cost, if we find damaged ULD to be used for Cargo, Baggage and Mail.

For this case, please direct contact the concerned GHA for their fault and TG will claim them THB 5,000 for rebuilding cargo into good condition ULD at BKK.

Thank you very much for FK team good performance. Your team stop thru ULD in time, otherwise it will create big problem at end destination when our flight to be inspected upon arrival. Please make claims to GHA at origin accordingly.
