i am writing because my wife and i had a terrible stay at your hotel last saturday night
first,we waited for over and hour for the hotel bus from the station. it did not arrive,and we took a taxi.
it took 45 minutes and it cost ฿25!i complained to the receptionist,but she just laughed then we found out
the elevator was broken.we carried our luggage to our room on the fourth floor:we were exhausted!
we had another nasty surprise in the room.it was awful! the furniture was very old and and the carpet was dirty.
the next morning we order tea, toast and a few another things for breakfast. wev wait for an hour but nobody brought!
we went to the dining room, but it was closed! the waiter give us a little orange just, but nothing eles.
the terrible stay at your hotel ruined our trip to seattle. we want our money back.
