Each Affiliate or Regional / Global Customer Support Center must record all cases it receives. All
incoming local cases must be entered into the designated local / regional Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) system. Instructions on the correct use of the CRM system are described in
the corresponding CRM Handbooks. Error codes must be used as defined and listed in the
Diagnostic Master System or local procedures. Minimum requirements for documentation are
also listed in the Diagnostic Master System.
