The gas chromatographic separation was performed using an
Agilent J&W DB-FFAP capillary column (30 m 0.25 mm
0.25 lm). The temperature of the injector was kept at 225 C.
One lL of the sample was injected and helium (99.999%) was used
as the carrier gas with a constant flow rate of 0.64 mL/min. The
oven temperature was programmed to increase from 80 C
(1 min) to 220 C (5 min) at a heating rate of 15 C/min. The flame
ionization detector was kept at 250 C (air 300 mL/min, hydrogen
30 mL/min, nitrogen 30 mL/min). All of the analysis was conducted
in duplicate.
