Due to the design for stone (10 mm or 25 mm), we would like to make it fast and reach your requirement. Thus, this will be a working step from latest design.
1) Finalizing the design, from latest design is there any question or change in design to be done?
We may send design quotation, then may ask for the first payment (50%) on design cost and the rest (50%) to be paid when finalizing
2) Working detail,
we would like to know all the details for this design, all material (for example, the grey slade in Thailand is dark grey and if it is wet it will become nearly black).
(For your information, large size stone in one layer may need to combine more than 4 stones then it is possible to see the attaching line)
Making 3 D design (separate layer needed), there are around 60 layers of stone that needs to make a small footing (1mm-2mm) to lift up each layer in order to be separated looking, each layer could not be done by handmade. Thus this model needs machine to produce and hand finished
In order to make 3D, it's needed an authorized person who could make a decision on design work together with the programmer, thus 3D design should be responsible by ECO-ID to safe time and cost of production.
3) 3D design conclusion, receiving 3D design for making foam model (1:1), settle delivery date and quotation,
(50% of model casting will be paid before casting and the rest 50% will be paid before delivery, this cost will include system testing with model)
4) Setting model with sample system on the site, test water and fog system, if it 's nothing to be adjust, we will send quotation for stone sculpture

in cast if there is an adjusting, process will repeat from 1)
5) Setting sculpture on the site , testing system and setting up.
Information needed to make 3D
1) actual size of counter on site
2) design that provide exact slope for the mountain and water.
3) exact water flow (if it is a shallow water it must be precise)
4) quantity of fog per minute
5) room temperature
6) wine flow
7) air conditioner exit location
Problem
1) Design is not proved yet.
2) Weight of the stone may be very heavy, expecting to be 1.2 cubic meter of stone (may weight around 4-5 tons, information from stone company, even using foam inside it could less around 20% weight)
3) To lift up each slade, between each layer has small footing. Together with using a metal sheet as a water way, it will be difficult to control the water flow, it will leak through the rim of stone and go around the mountain, and also cause the cleanlyness
4) Customer could not give the exact quantity of water flow.
5) Customer could not give the exact quantity of fog.
6) The footing between the stone layer may cause the accumulate excess water and moist, which will make all mountain wet and difficult to clean up. (also may cause fungus)
7) Some large stone need to use smaller stone combine to be one layer.
8) Lead time we would like to count from the process (4).
