3. Results
3.1. Demographic characteristics
Demographic characteristics are presented in Table 1. The respondents all worked full-time, and most were women (97.7%). The age of the respondents ranged from 18–54 years old with a mean age of 30.2 years (SD = 5.76, median = 27). In terms of marital status, 34.3% were single, and 65.7% were married. Nearly half of respondents had been in their current workplace for 1 to 5 years. Majority of the samples were primary nurses (57.6%), had an associate degree (48.5%) and worked for survival needs (76.0%).
