Transformative learning theory, which based on the recognition of a critical dimension on adult development, also believe the individual experience, especially the structure of cultural assumptions and expectations within one’s past experience which frame adults’ thinking, feeling and acting. [22] This kind of frame reference which is taken for granted with sets of fixed assumptions and expectations may be problematic for the untenable situations which are commonplace in adult life [23]. Learning is the social process which transform the fixed frames of reference to more inclusive, discriminating, open, reflective, and emotionally through critical reflect and critical-dialectical discourse to construct and internalize a new or revised interpretation of the meaning of one ’ s experience as a guide to action [24][13]. That means mobile that AR is not only a funny tool for improving skill and acquisition knowledge, but also helping health staff becoming critically aware the personal paradigm which should be more open to generate beliefs and opinions justified to guide action.
