Dear Khun Nut,

We have received information fm the carrier that the container were accident upon delivery to the port terminal at Laem chabang and the door of container were damaged as per picture as attached. So that the carrier have to reseal.

Pls urgent confirm if you need to join survey or allow the carrier at terminal to arranged it by themselves.
