1. Basic Cutting - consist of 5 types of cutting as listed below (more details in ppt).
* ONLY 1 type you will be assign in the practical exam.
- Mince
- Dice
- Juliene
- Batonnet
- Chiffonade
2. Ingredients (Hint = It is exist in Crystal Kitchen and you have seen/ use it here before)
* you need to WRITE down 10 types of the ingredient in the paper provided.
For example
- Dried ingredient (such as; bakery product (flour, yeast), seasoning (salt, pepper, MSG) etc.
- Sauce (such as; oyster, soya etc.)
- Fresh herb (such as; thyme, cilantro etc.)
