Final candidates for positions vacant require at least two telephone reference checks. The purpose of checking a reference is to obtain a confidential assessment of the individual’s past history along with opinions on his/her:
• Quality of Work
• Character
• Suitability for the new position
No offer of employment is to be made until all reference checks have been carried out and you have received positive feedback.
