The results in Table 1 show two factors resulting fromthe BF 30-day (30-day) satisfaction survey, one from the BF5-month (5-month) survey, and two from the BF 11-month(11-month) survey. In sum, we extract five distinguishableattribute-level satisfaction measures from the BF customersatisfaction measures and label them as follows:(1) Satisfaction with sales, construction, and customerservice (SCSC) (30-day survey);(2) Satisfaction with the loan and closing process (LCP) (30-day survey);(3) Satisfaction with customer service (OS) (5-month sur-vey);(4) Satisfaction with home quality (HQ) (11-month sur-vey);(5) Satisfaction with customer service (CS) (11-month sur-vey).
