We would like to report you that yesterday, our team found MSAN equipment in Amatacity1 node hung up.
We fixed it by reset MSAN equipment after that the circuit was up and found MAC address from customer site.
But the circuit was up down in the later time.
This morning, our admin fixed it by reboot the card Control in our Amatacity node.
Now, our local team is checking the loss problem as your team request
