When accommodating groups specific management is required in advance and during their stay to ensure customer satisfaction. beverage requirements.
Product Technology is a very important factor for business travellers, and hotels that can offer the latest offering technology (broadband, AV facilities, executive services), can this as a unique selling point to differentiate themselves from their competitors (at least for a while). Furthermore, the conference facilities should be of the highest standard and equipped with the latest technology. To satisfy the demands of the business and conference market, ideally a hotel should offer a number of
conference rooms of different sizes.
