- test run within CW19, use NEW label and place on housing and overlap the NEW label with the ORIGINAL label, after EOL remove the ORIGINAL label
- create EXCEL matrix to link NEW label number to ORIGINAL label number
# no change of BOM for production assembly
# keep the washin of new components under old component number, create special TAG for the washing
# run 90 pumps
# use AAT packaging
# repackaging after receive label
# 26th May - 90 pcs
# 30th July - 100 pcs
Parts:

- currently from supplier not available - earliest delivery date is in 8 weeks
- PUR place ASAP order for 250 parts and start negotiation for the earlier delivery
- in parallel we will check the availability of parts from TRU
- worst case back up: modify existing conus shaft in sample shop ROG (Fa. Stangle) for TT build date
