Thank you for your reply and sorry for inconvenience caused.
This problem may be an incompatibility problem because we don’t find HP Deskjet 3540 in the Print Server Compatibility List of our products.
In order to debug this problem, I have some more question needed your answer:
1. Which mode MR200 works in? Both 3G/4G mode and wan mode have the same problem?
2. Can you ping the ip of printer?
