I find it hard to believe that 5 days later . Your delivery of damage parcel is still not resolved. The damage was discovered and after it was paid for and the your delivery
agent was still present. The solution was so simple , return the payment and return the damaged parcel to Lozada. Your customer service representative was completely inadequate in offering a solution. I informed him that if Lozada operates in this fashion after He indicate that I would have to file a claim. I have no intention of filing a claim. Lozada created this situation and I expect them to resolve this situation . Remember I refused to accept received damaged after patment was made. I guess Lozada needs the 990 Baht more than myself.
