PHASE 1 - Initiating Project
Project Initiation is the first phase in the Project Delivery Process and essentially involves starting up the project. By initiate a project we define its purpose and scope, the justification for initiating it and the solution to be implemented. After defining the project a detailed Project Plan will be developed. A suitably skilled project team will be appointed.
PHASE 2 - Software Delivery
The second phase of the project is Software Delivery. In this phase Synergi® will be installed and tested in the Customers database.
PHASE 3 - Design
The Design phase starts after the software has been delivered and run on the Customers infrastructure. This phase is about customizing the software further to meet the Customers specific needs. It will include an establishment of a design specification document with details of GUI, cost of configuration and time of delivery. The System is ready for roll-out after this phase.
