Blood of 504 buffaloes was examined for any affection of female genital organs. The result of present study indicated that the various pathological conditions of genital organs revealed alterations in the hematological parameters. The material was collected from Cantonment Board Slaughter House, Mhow (M.P.). The total erythrocyte count was higher than the normal with increased packed cell volume (PCV) and haemoglobin (Hb). There was moderate lymphocytosis, neutrophillia, eosinopenia and a decrease in the monocyte count. Total plasma protein values were higher than the normal in all the affections of the genital organs.
