1. Reduced Voltage Starters : this way of starting will manage the starting
pressure of the motor by suing the autotransformer or the induction set when it was a
low pressure at pole of the motor. will reduce the torque whilst starting and electrical
current hurl when the motor rotate to the fraction part of a full speed. The start switch
will on a full range voltage at the motor pole which the autotransformer or induction set will connect a high electrical current to drive the motor for 2-3 seconds. The driving
