Duties & Responsibilities
Lead, animate the Acquisition Team
Ensure quality and timely delivery of Proposals, Post-bid Clarifications
Ensure Revenue & Margin targets are met
Propose Bidding Strategy for “critical” RFQs/projects, develop related Bidding Plans.
Prepare, Chair Approval To Tender (ATT) sessions for critical RFQs/projects.
Coordinate with other Company Units involved in Proposals and Clarifications.
Supervise the Weekly Follow-up sessions to close sales.
Participate in Technical and Commercial Clarification meetings.
Enforce the Acquisition work procedures (ca.50), review periodically and propose adjustments/improvements if and when required, with a view to increasing the PWO/Quot conversion ratio.
Hold and monitor the AcqTeam KPI Scorecard.
Conduct Post-Mortem sessions for both Lost and Won projects (critical RFQs only)
Act as Proposal Coordinator for Critical RFQs/Projects estimated 3m-20m THB
Develop a sliding 3-month look ahead pla (3MLAP) for RFQs and Call-for-Tenders that includes.
Promote Lessons Learned from Project Close-out and the development of benchmarks, ratios and standard times to increase the efficiency and responsiveness of the AcqTeam and the reliability accuracy of estimates and quotations.
Participate in the selection, training, implementation of the CRM database.
Propose, manage Clients entertainment budget dedicated to AcqTeam.
Develop Annual Revenue Forecast on Q4, and its Quarterly Revisions in Q1, Q3, Q3
Qualification:
Degree in Engineering (Sale & Marketing is acceptable if balanced by technical experience)
8 to 10 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical products or services.
Fluent in English (read/spoken/written)
Technical or Engineering background is an advantage.
Proven experience and positive achievements in the development of key accounts, including cross-selling and up-selling.
Proven experience and achievements in meeting Sales objectives, preferably in a leading position.
Experience in multi-year service contracts is an advantage.
