the complex of fDNA (10 mL, 10nM) with GO (35 mL,1 mg/mL ) was
investigated by addition of cDNA (10 mL, 10nM), which led to the
recovering of fluorescence of fDNA by duplex formation and
releasing of fDNA from GO.The kinetic of desorbing was investigated
by measurement of emission spectra at different times ,and 10 min
was determined as optimum time needed for duplex formation
