specific areas which are; Mirror above D1, both side of the head bed, bath tub, sink at
bath room, shower room including with containers for shower gel and bean bag outside
villa. Mostly he mentioned about the cleanliness as he found out its not clean enough
and he can see some stain and dust on those area. Mr. Fecher said we can move them
to the new room or housekeeper should deep clean it again. Elle apologized for this
matter. And offer HK to clean the room again. Mr. Fecher is fine with that as they will go
the beach later on. Elle issue job with GSC right away.
Basicly, the guest likes villa B02 but interested to move to Hillcrest Pool Villa. Elle
informed them at this moment we are fully booked on that category. We will keep
update them and show Hillcrest on 1 Jan 16 or once this villa category available.

19.07hrs. GSC got phone form guest inform that pool light not working. GSC apologizes
and asks for our ENG come to check immediately. When Engineering arrived at villa and11.15hrs. Ms. Nicole called Elle to meet them in villa. After got in the room Mr. Fechner
starts to complain with Elle that last night was his bad day and they feel stressed a lot
because they pay big amount for this trip.
First, he shown Elle his shirts there are total 4pieces that has problem but 1 piece white
shirt is fine he still can wear it for tonight. The rest just got shorten. Mr. Fechner
mentioned it all brand-new (Tessitura Monti brand) and he never wear it yet and it is
very expensive. This case he needs to get refund money.
Secondly, about TV remote in bed room; Mr. Fechner said our ENG has changed battery
but it was work for a while then off again. Elle try to replace new battery then try to turn
on TV but it doesn't work. Mr. Fechner said it was happened in C05 like this also.
Third, Pool light. There is no switch for the pool light. Last night he called up GSC ask
someone for help to turn off. The light in swimming pool was totally off but the light on
the first step to swimming pool was on. Mr. Fechner felt it was unacceptable that ENG
needs to turn it off underneath villa after ENG walk around in their villa for 25mins. They
just don't want to call Elle or ENG to help them just to turn on/off the light. They feel it
not convenient.
found 2 light bulbs was not working and guest prefer to fix on 31/12/15.
21.42hrs. TA (GSC) got phone form Elle (VH) please issued job to ENG as remote
control not working. GSC apologizes and asks for our ENG come to check immediately.
GSC issued job to ENG.
22.15hrs. Guest call to GSC inform that remote control it was working then not working
again but they preferred to be fixed tomorrow when they go to have breakfast.
