tray.(3)Gasdryerswereusedinallclimaticzonesataround100kgpercycle,withahighdryingpower,
costing from €107.52to €181.75perm2 of tray.Theacquisitionofdryersdependedmostlyonthe
distance betweenprovideranduserandonthemeansofdissemination.
A thermo-economicanalysiswascarriedouttodeterminewhichdryersweremostsuccessfully
adopted.Thesedryerswillbere-employedbytheuserswhentheinvestmentandmaintenancecosts
enable profit tobemadefromthedryingoperation.Twotypesofdryersmetthoseconditions:the
