it's quite sure that TT&T will be bankrupt and they will stop the services in a shortly. And now we are having the problems because we using thier services.
The PRI telephone line and the internet backup line (SDSL). The problems which we have now it's very difficult to contact TT&T ( technical and call center) if we have some issues.
I need your suggestion in case of we plan to change. I discussed with Promsiri Kiattisak FC148. He told me try to contact both of you to get more Ideas.
Somethings that we have to consider if we change the provider.
PRI line
- Change to new provider the numbers that we using now will be change.
- Setup new telephone system and update new numbers with IBM.
- cost for new installation.
- Maybe the monhtly cost will be change.
SDSL line
- setup new connection with new provider.
- Cost for installation.
- Maybe the monthly cost will be change.
