Emails sent direct to your email address
Any email sent to a SWEK email address is a potential record and should be treated as such. It is your
responsibility as an officer with a direct email address to ensure that any Record is saved in SynSoft -
whether you do it yourself, or pass it to a Support Officer or forward it to Records.
A Record is defined in Council’s “Records Management Policy”.
Having a direct email address is a privilege which may be revoked if these guidelines are not complied
with.
