Job Description:
• Enter data about new hire employees and print all documentation for the employee and his/her personal files.
• Communicate with employees about their documentation and answer specific questions of employees.
• Support HR projects and initiatives.
• Communicate with labor authorities.
Qualifications:
• Male or Female, Thai nationality, age at least 25 years old.
• Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Law, Political Science, General Management, Psychology or other related fields.
• Minimum 1 year work experiences in HRD or HRM.
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Computer literacy.
• Experiences in employees’ compensation and benefits such as Employees Social Security, Group Insurance.
• Well understanding or Experiences in recruitment process.
• Strong administration skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with friendly personality.
• Ability to work under the pressure and tough deadline.
• Able to work immediately
