In my first newsletter communication to all employees in 2016 I am starting on a serious note to talk with you about Compliance at RMA Group. As all of you know we have a clear Group Compliance Policy, which has been communicated and supported by online training in 2014 and 2015. This policy explains clearly our commitment to conducting business in a lawful and responsible manner and, with integrity. Integrity is very simple- it is defined as “the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles”. Integrity applies to all of us and not only to senior managers. We are all responsible for ensuring that business is conducted properly at RMA and above all is honest. Honest to our customers, honest to the company and following laws that are applicable where we operate.
