The only difference was
that each question in the particular category (Karoo or non-Karoo
lamb consumers) stated their preference in introducing the question.
For example, a respondent who selected the option ‘I prefer to buy,
eat or prepare Karoo lamb’, one of the questions began with ‘The taste
of Karoo lamb is important because….’ Whereas respondents
who selected the option ‘I never buy, eat or prepare Karoo lamb’,
had their question stating non-Karoo lamb. For example, ‘The taste of
non-Karoo lamb is important because…’
