Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Organization Development or related fields.
Have experiences in manufacturing environment
Minimum 3 years’ experiences in recruitment function.
Experienced with assessment tools is preferred.
Experienced with management hiring.
Passionate, Energetic, Confident and Committed to deliver results.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good coordinate and team player.
Possess "can do" attitude, Out of the box, Result & People oriented with service mind.
Required good communication skills in Thai & English both of spoken & written.
