look-I,ve got a cell phone, and I,m glad to have it.But come on!Talking on the phone or texting while
you're driving is crazy . And yet , I see people doing things like this every day . Using your cell phone and
driving at the same time causes accidents ... or worse . There have been many studies to prove this . My
question is : Where are the police ? They don't seem to care , so it's easy for drivers to ignore the law . When
people are afraid of getting a large fine , cell - phone use in the car will stop . Everyone needs to learn that
when you drive, you should turn off your phone . It's very simple! ----Simon
OK , I gree --- texting or having a long phone conversation while driving is hazardous . But can we really ban
all cell - phone use in cars ? For example , yesterday I was driving home and I saw an accident on the road . I
made a cell and report it . Did I stop driving to make the call ? No . But did help someone ? Yes . We need
to talk more about this new law . I just don't think the answer to the problem is so simple . ----Alexis
I don't think we can ban all cell - phone use in car ----- especially if you use a
hands - free device while driving , like I do . Look , I listen to the rsdio in my car .
Isn't the music distracting ? Sometimes my friend is in the car with me . I talk
to her while I'm driving . Isn't that dangerous ? I mean , isn't talking on the
phone ( hands - free ) the same as listenning to music or talking to a passenger ?
In my opinion , they ARE all the same , and so I think we should be able to
chat on the phone while we're driving. ----Yalun
