Health Issue
Patient: good morning doctor.
Doctor: How have you been?
Patient: I’m not feeling so good. I got tried most of time, headache, got upset easily, and sometimes I got bore of the food.
Doctor: let me check you. Hmm… your body seem to be fine, no affection. Have you got any stress lately?
Patient: Well, yes. About job and money of course.
Doctor: Let me tell you something, over stress make your body malfunctions like heart problem, hormone, blood pressure or even respiratory system but most of all, your brain, you would lost your memory both in short and long period. How about your sleep?
Patient: 6-7 hours a day seem to be normal but I still restless during the day time.
Doctor: Weird, can you tell me your activities in your daily life.
Patient Okay, I woke up around 5then got a public bus to work. At noon I ate lunch nearby my work place but sometimes I a bit in hurry so I took hamburger and got back to work till 6 pm. After that I went home have some food and sleep at 10 as always.
Doctor: No breakfast?
Patient: There is no time
Doctor: that is not good according to research “those who have breakfast tend to have learn ability and better memory than those who aren’t”
Patient: I will try.
Doctor: Anyway, I think you might got a change to have hypoglycemia.
Patient: what is it? Is it vital?
Doctor: it is low sugar level in the blood due to having a bad habit day by day.
Patient: what do you mean by having bad habit?
Doctor: Some good example would be having a lot of junk food and urban life style such as long rush hours, traffic, and stress.
Patient: again, I will try but something is difficult to change most of it would be career. I have responsibility on that. And I don’t really have any knowledge about health much.
Doctor: It is easier that you think. Come on it about 12 now let eat together shall we?
Doctor: can I have salad(Grass) and water please.
Patient: Do you have spaghetti? and may i a can of Coca-Cola please
Doctor: I don’t think it’s a good idea, you should eat all nutrients in a meal and maybe you should reduce your soft drink.
Patient: okay, then I will go for stir fried mix vegetable and water.
Doctor: Do you want to go shopping?
Patient: sure.
Patient: (pick some stuffs)
Doctor: I suggest you better not taking those kind of food that often because it doesn’t benefit much at all. How about some fruit and vegetable?
Patient: I see. From now on I will make sure I get all nutrients in a meal.
Doctor: Good. You know what? Although you eat a pack of cup noodle, it’s nutrient still couldn’t compare to an egg. It’s 5 pm. Now let do some exercise.
Patient: its 5 already? Exercise? I don’t think so. I mean, I will have to go to bed late if I do.
Doctor: work out is good. You should do it as often as you can even if you do it just a little. Beside those who don’t exercise have more chance to have heart problem and blood pressure than those who do up to 40 percent. I will teach you a few yoga move. Do as I do, okay?
