General Affair Officer
- Coordinate with Welfare committee to provide the best services of Company transportation and Canteen.
- Assist GA Supervisor to manage and control Company transportation (over 60 buses) and Canteen (3 canteens in 3 building) to maintain employee satisfaction.
- Tracking and updating the current total manpower and report to GA Supervisor in order to arrange transportation effectively.
- Ensuring safety and health requirement meet require and satisfy to employees.
- Initiative improvement program and supporting department activities to satisfy employees' needs and expectation.
- Maintaining filing system, providing administrative assistance within department as assignment.
Employee Relations Specialist
- Executes and administers HR policies and procedures that pertain to employee relations.
- Conducts investigations and facilitates resolutions to employee relations in the Manufacturing, Distribution and other corporate departments.
- Consistently demonstrates working knowledge of employment laws through all consultations and general advice to others seeking assistance.
- Provides balanced insights and recommendations in work-related employee conflicts
- Produce regular reports and metrics to help monitor trends in employment problem.
- Conduct and document employee exit interviews, provide feedback, and make recommendations to ER Manager.
- Participates in and/or leads HR projects as assigned.
Performance Management
-Manage all departmental performance issues.
- Manage, influence and motivate staff associated with performance issues.
- Maintain the Department’s Performance database, by collating, inputting, processing and retrieving information and data, and to provide regular reports.
- Coordinate and facilitate the communication to all staff of performance issues including the preparation of reports for managers.
- Devise and implement policies and strategies for the development of performance matters.
