•Provide travel information to incoming enquiries and can accommodate guest in last hour.
• Managing our day-to-day operations to achievequality goals
• Hiring/Scheduling/Coaching/Managing Trip performance management to meet company’s guidelines to achieve excellence goals
• Ability to drive performance at fast pace environment and work under extremepressure
• Contact with suppliers for price checking and negotiate
• Effectively participating with travelers on sites to support trip
• Emergency support and driving resolutions of operations/customer issues
