I would to appoint you all to meet together by Friday 7/8. The topic for this week will mainly focus about idea for cost reduction/ develop new process for improve our productivity and other related improvement.
Since session may be go for long and not one time, so I would start on 3:30 pm till 5:00 pm. TOMORROW.
I suggest you all to review your job, think about what you would like to do for improvement, but may not yet start. Or new initiative for cost saving.
We should start by idea first, then how to do would be next step.
Idea- Initiative would be present to management team on next month……..so if we start now, we will have time to think/ do it…
Pls do homework before, I would be appreciated to hearing much more ideas…..
