To investigate the network properties (G0 and G00) as a function of
strain, amplitude sweeps were applied to the interfacial layers after
the time and frequency sweeps and the results are presented in
Fig. 5. For p35/p64-based systems, G0 for the hydrolysates is at least
one order of magnitude higher than films containing b-LG, which is
