Job Descriptions:
- Hendling call from customer to deliver information on western union money transfer service.
- Handling incoming requests form customer and FLAs by e-mail of fax and managing their inquires of requests
- Resolving and providing information of customer complanints
- Resolving problems of FLAs with proper solution including the troubleshooting techniques.
- Recognizing ducumenting analyzing and informing supervisor regarding the trends in customer and FLAs calls.
- Responsible for administraion tasks related to call center activities
- Responsible for daily report related to money transfer service
- Training and testing FLAs on moner transfer service knowledge and operations
Qualifications:
- Male/Female ages not over 35 year old
- Bechelor degree in Business administraion of Public Administration of other related filed
- At least 0-2 years of experience in call center will be advantage
- Good command of Englis and microsoft office program
- Very good communiction negotiation interpersonal and creativity skills
- Ability to mange multiple tasks in fast environment
- Able to work in shift and on a standby for Front line Associates staff FLAs at branches
- Good attitude and word well uder pressure to meet deadline
