Firstly, please be advised that DA1991 has registered “Double A” trademark in Iran since April 7, 2004 and it was renewed on October 16, 2013. Therefore, the issue you are concerned about someone else might register our trademark is likely to occur at low at this time.
Furthermore, to protect our trademark in another way, DA1991 has also assigned Tilleke & Gibbins law office (“T&G”) to monitor the status of all “Double A” trademark in Iran and worldwide. Should someone attempts to register any mark which identical or similar with our trademark, T&G will directly report to our Legal Department and suggest the legal measures to against them.
As for the essential problem regarding fake paper under Double A brand, it seems the information you provided me are not sufficient to advise on the appropriate option for dealing with it. Therefore, please help to clarify my questions are as follows:

Could you explain the qualifications of such fake Double A paper with more elaborate details? Please provide photos of such fake paper.
Why do your team think it is fake?
How is it different from the original Double A paper?
Who are the manufacturer and the importer of such fake Double A paper? Do you have their contact details/addresses?
